Message from Gilbert CEO : All, thank you for your patience. We’ve resolved the email glitch yesterday to be ready for today. It was actually caused by my Mac. It added some unreadable characters to names on the list that had special characters (like ö, ï) the backend was not able to process these names causing the error. We’ve since resolved it and this is an example of email you’ll receive with your unique login. Thank you to JP and Andrew for working tirelessly today to resolve. We’re planning to send the emails at 12pm GMT today on the 20th March to open the pre-TGE. Thank you again for your patience and appreciate your support and understanding!
